About COACH COFFEE

The journey of life started for me in Crockett, Texas, a small East Texas town filled with people with big hearts. 

I am the Chief People Officer of The Sherpa Library, a certified Master Sherpa Executive Coach, Educator, and Author who takes pride in creating a space for reflection and growth for my clients. I train and certify executive coaches through the Sherpa Executive Coaching Certification program at the University of Georgia.

My 25-plus years of facilitation and leadership experience affords me the moments to contribute to the growth and success of companies in the electric power industry, the military, advertisement, manufacturing, and many others. 

As the co-author of Executive Presence: Humility, the foundation of being humble starts with looking outside of yourself. 

My first book, Dream.Write.Execute, I wrote to encourage the process of turning dreams into reality. I aim to inspire and guide others to own their actions and thrive uniquely.
