About COACH COFFEE

I was born in the small town of Crockett, Texas, where I learned the value of hard work, community, and big dreams. Today, I am a Certified Master Executive Coach, Chief People Officer of The Sherpa Library, adjunct professor at the University of Georgia, and an author dedicated to helping others grow and lead with purpose. Through the Sherpa Executive Coaching Certification program at UGA, I train and certify executive coaches, creating spaces for reflection, transformation, and leadership excellence.

With over 25 years of facilitation and leadership experience, I’ve contributed to the success of companies across industries, including Fortune 500 organizations in the electric power sector, digital media, government, and manufacturing. My passion lies in executive coaching, strategic planning, and fostering coaching cultures that inspire lasting impact. As a proud U.S. Army veteran, my military career as a combat medic, EMT, nurse, and trainer shaped my deep commitment to service and leadership.

I am the author of Dream. Write. Execute., a guide to turning aspirations into reality, and co-author of Executive Presence: Humility, which explores the power of leading with humility. I believe success begins with discipline, intentional action, and a willingness to look beyond yourself. Now based in Central Ohio, I enjoy life with my amazing husband, while continuing my mission to empower others to dream big and take bold action.
