 Sherpa’s Definition of Executive Presence: People exhibit behavior to connect, influence, and relate to people in their organization. Executive Presence is a blend of temperament, abilities, and behaviors that, when combined, send all the right signals.

Summit is a 3-day event, followed by 6 one-hour coaching sessions. 

 Senior managers and executives who are untrained in coaching skills tend to micro-manage rather than lead. Specifically, they deliver expectations poorly and fail to hold people accountable. What's the result? People become stressed, unhappy, or completely disengaged. Coaching Skills for High Performance changes the game for managers and teaches them how to lead from a coaching perspective.

 Program length: 4 modules, 4 hours each.   

First impressions, created in a controlled and positive environment, get a new leader or team off to a running start. The most critical component for a new team leader is the working relationship. Get it started in the most positive way possible. The program includes building specific action plans with accountability partners firmly in place.

 A powerful program uses the DiSC assessment for communication styles. It’s a ‘game-changer’ for a leadership team. Team Effectiveness combines training in communication styles with ‘on the spot’ coaching to create positive changes in business behavior and generate genuine cooperation. Team Effectiveness focuses on clarity and understanding about communication and what it takes to create an effective team.   

Program length: 4 hours 

 The motive, the reason, the thing that drives you has a name: your 'Why It Matters' is your compass. It steers your behaviors, whether you know it or not. It is a guiding principle that influences where you direct your energy, effort, and passion. If you can identify and explain your own 'Why It Matters,' you have already achieved a level of self-awareness that few people ever will.  

 Program length: 2, 4, or 6 hours

 Gain the prestige and credibility of being certified in the Sherpa Executive Coaching Process. The Sherpa Executive Coaching Certification Program earns the Certified Sherpa Coach designation, providing the skills and credentials needed to become a top-level executive coach.

 Everything DiSC® is a personal development learning assessment that measures preferences and tendencies based on the DiSC® model. This simple yet powerful model describes four basic styles: D, i, S, and C. Participants receive personalized insights that deepen their understanding of self and others, making workplace interactions more enjoyable and effective. The result is a more engaged, collaborative workforce that can spark meaningful cultural improvement.
